There are two items in the line up – the T7-HSAi, and the T2-WHS-A3i – based on the existing low energy platforms, but now powered with the multi-thread efficient 45nM ATOM CPUs from Intel.

The T2-WHS-A3i will ship from the 1st week of June and the T7-HSAi will ship in the following week.  Tranquil have already added the products to the web – for immediate pre-order.

Note the T7-HSAi will also support 2x internal HDDs (2.5”), providing data duplication on the 250GB and 320GB models.

Both models sport the same ‘fan less’ design features of the previous units, providing acoustic bliss, and enhanced reliability.  With power consumption’s from 29W – and yet substantially increased processing power – these new devices are to be seen, but not heard.

With prices now starting at £278+VAT Windows Home Servers are now also becoming more affordable
